Before you book.

Do I pay for parts separately?

Yes. The technician shows you the part and its price before fitting it. You can buy it yourself if you prefer.

What if the job is bigger than expected?

You get a written quote on the spot. Say no and you only pay the Rs 300 visit fee.

Can you work on weekends?

Yes, every day 8 am to 8 pm, including Saturdays and most festival days.

How do I pay?

Cash, eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay QR when the work is done. You get a receipt by SMS.
